iGrill Shipping & Tracking Support
All orders are shipped within three business days of purchase,
providing product is in stock. If we do not have your item in stock,
you will not be charged until the unit has been processed into our inventory
and is ready to ship. All orders are shipped via Fedex. You will
receive a shipment confirmation number along with a tracking number when
