It is the responsibility of the customer to read and understand all
policies before purchasing.
For questions related to any of our policies, please do not hesitate

We make it our goal to reply to all emails within 24 business
hours of receipt and in many cases, much faster.
Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped within 48-72 hours of purchase, providing product
is in stock. If we do not have your item in stock, you will
not be charged until the unit has been processed into our inventory
and is ready to ship. Orders placed on weekends are received and processed
the next business day.
All orders are shipped via UPS. We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Shipping charges are determined based on the weight of each order,
and all charges are calculated before your order is placed. You will have the opportunity
to review delivery charges and any handling fees in your cart prior
to checkout.
If you are using a free shipping promo code, this code will be valid
on domestic shipping up to $12. International orders with a free shipping
promo code will receive $12 off their shipping costs.
International Shipping
We are not responsible for Duty, VAT or additional taxes that may
be charged after the sale of a product from our online store. It is the
sole responsibility of the international purchaser to check local regulations
when buying exported goods.
Products Purchased from Other Sellers
We are unable to issue refunds or accept returns for products purchased
from a retail store. Our customer support team can only assist with purchases
made through our online store. For any questions or possible returns you
have, please contact or return to the store where you originally made your
purchase.

Product Warranty
We offer a 90-day limited warranty for iGrill manufacturing defects.
The limited 90-day warranty period for the iGrill is a definite, fixed
period commencing on the exact purchase-date and specified on the product
description page as well as the policy page. The date on your sales receipt
is the date of purchase unless otherwise informed. This warranty policy
does not apply to products that may have been electronically compromised
or operationally or physically damaged, and does not provide any guarantee
for product operation outside of the written specifications. We are only
able to assist with warranty claims related to manufacturing defects for
products within the limited warranty period.
We offer a 30-day limited warranty for temperature probe manufacturing
defects. The limited 30-day period for the temperature probes is a definite,
fixed period commencing on the exact purchase-date and specified on the
product description page as well as the policy page. The date on your sales
receipt is the date of purchase unless otherwise informed. Unless the temperature
probe has been damaged during use from exposure to flame, contact with
metal, or immersion in water (the probe is not dishwasher safe), it is
covered for replacement within 30 days of purchase for a manufacturing
defect. This warranty policy does not apply to temperature probes that
may have been electronically compromised or operationally or physically
damaged, and does not provide any guarantee for temperature probe operation
outside of the written specifications. We are only able to assist with
warranty claims related to manufacturing defects for products within the
limited warranty period.
Through your purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth
in the limited warranty policy. We reserve the right to revise product
warranty policies at any time, with or without notice.
Australia Warranty
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian
Consumer Law. For all products purchased through our online store:
you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation
for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled
to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable
quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Return Policy
If a product purchased through our online store does not meet your expectations,
you may contact us to facilitate a return for refund within 30 days of
purchase. The date on your sales receipt is the date of purchase unless
otherwise informed. You will be refunded by the same method in which you
paid. After 30 days, please refer to our warranty policy for product and
service issues.
Returned products must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging
and accessories (including all warranty cards and product manuals/instructions).
Any product that has been misused or that shows any signs of extensive
use will not be returned or exchanged. Original shipping and handling charges
will not be refunded. You are responsible for all shipping charges except
in the case that the return is the result of our error.
If you would like to return your purchase, please contact our Customer
Support Team.
We will work with you through all of the necessary steps in returning your
product, and issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Unauthorized
returns or returning a product to us that is not in resalable condition
risks forfeiture of product or a 15% restocking fee.
We are unable to issue refunds or accept returns for products purchased
from a retail store. Our customer support team can only assist with purchases
made through our online store. For any questions or possible returns you
have, please contact or return to the store where you originally made your
purchase.
Exchanges
We support the reliability and integrity of our products 100%. Within
90 Days of purchase, your iGrill unit is covered by warranty against manufacturing
defects. If you received a defective item and need to exchange it
for the same item, please contact our Customer
Support Team using the
web form on our Customer Support Page.
Our Customer Support
Team will work with you through all of the necessary
steps in exchanging your defective product and receiving a new product.
The item must meet all acceptable returns and exchanges criteria.
After 90 days, we are unable to provide exchanges for any products
purchased through our online store. Additionally, we are unable to provide exchanges
for products purchased at retail stores for any reason except for
warranty service.
No exchanges or replacements for iGrill units or temperature probes purchased
as "New" “Like New” or “Used” from unauthorized
third-party resellers on eBay or Amazon will be honored under any circumstance.
It is the responsibility of the customer to understand the terms, conditions
and policies of the specific retail store or online reseller where the
original purchase was made.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. Occasionally, we will
email our customers with special offers or promotions, recipes and
